Services
As a birth doula I will provide prenatal support and information via text, phone, and prenatal visits. We will work together to prepare your birth plan or map. I will support you and your partner through labor and delivery with a variety of techniques to make you as comfortable as possible. After delivery we will have one more visits to ensure that you are beginning your next journey full of information and confidence.
Birth Doula
Includes :
- 2 Prenatal Visits | 2 hours each
- Labor & Delivery
- 1 Postnatal Visit | 1 hour
Value :
$1400.00 - Requires $250 deposit of payment before birth to add your date to my calendar. Full balance due by 38 weeks.

Postpardum Doula
Those first few weeks after you give birth are blissful. They can also be quite challenging. Knowlegeable support during that time is so valuable. Here's a short list of ways I can support you as a postpartum doula physically and emotionally; childcare, light housework, breastfeeding support, and debriefing labor and delivery.
Base Options :
- Day care (6AM - 6PM) | $35/hr | Minimum 4 hours
- Night care (6PM - 6AM) | $40/hr | Minimum 8 hours
Lactation Service
Breastfeeding is beautiful and amazing, but it can also be tricky from time to time. As a breastfeeding counselor I can help you and your baby find your rhythm. We will work together to trouble shoot solutions to any challenge that arises and I will encourage you to follow your instincts and meet your goals.
Base Option :
- Lactation Support | $75/hr | Minimum 2 hours
